OUR POLICY

Payments

Client must make a full payment on any of our services that are less than $200. Any service that is over $ 200 client can make a 50% Retainer fee and the other 50% when graphic / brand designer complete service. All invoice would be send when client book our services.

Refunds/Cancellations

Kreative Designs By AJ do not provide refunds for any design services under any circumstance once design work has started. Unfortunately, when a design project starts and design time has accumulated, refunds are no longer applicable. Deciding to move forward with another business or having buyers remorse is not a suitable means for a refund. Once payment has been made, the project will begin and the final design will be returned to the client/customer in the turnaround time frame given.

Drafts/Revisions

Draft images of ANY kind are only used for approval. They are not to be manipulated, copied or taken for personal use. ALL drafts are property of Kreative Designs By AJ.

For all projects done by Kreative Designs By AJ. there is a three free revision limit. After three revisions, any additional revision will be $10.00 each. For larger scale projects such as packages or web design, the revision limit is TWO (2). This is to ensure that you receive your project(s) within the set turnaround time and to ensure a steady workflow. You must reply to email/messages that contain drafts within 24 hours, to ensure that revisions can be completed and sent back to you in an appropriate amount of time. If you do not respond to an email/message containing drafts within 24 hours you will be moved back into the queue of orders and your order will be completed at a later time as it fits in my schedule.

Restart (Ghost) Fee

Our ability to complete a project on time depends on everyone's ability to stick to a timeline. If a project pauses more than 20 business days, we charge a restart fee ($50) to pick up where we left off. If client deadlines are more than 20 business days late, the Restart fee will be sent, and work will commence one that fee is deposited. We take our own project deadlines seriously, and our clients need to have the same level of commitment to their project for it to run smoothly and be successful.

What is the turn around time ?

Turnaround time all depends on what design project we are doing, Logo designs project time is 3 to 5 business days , this do includes holiday and weekends, Branding Packages turn around time is 5 to 10 business days and website packages are 15 to 20 business days.

Can I get a refund on my order?

Due to the nature of the services offered, all services are non-refundable. You are agreeing to this policy when you purchase on Kreativedesignsbyaj.com and when you also sign our contract.

Will I be updated throughout the design process?

Kreative Designs By AJ would update you through email when we start , we would also send you your drafts through email , we would also have discovery calls where we would be going over your website and showing you how to navigate your website. We would also do the same for branding packages to talk about your vision and target audience.
